Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns, which is deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion. We DO NOT pay return freight charges.

On electronic devices / modules, we DO NOT accept returns unless the item is defective. If the item is returned and fails testing for proper function we will replace it. If it functions on our test bench, we will issue a credit to your C & S Corvettes customer account only.

NOTE: The CUSTOMER is responsible for packing any returning item with care and as proscribed by FedEx or UPS. Any damage sustained in shipment as the direct result of insufficient packaging will be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER—including shipping costs and repairs to the items if repairable.

Warranty and Return Policy

Used Parts

EVERY used part that we sell is guaranteed in several ways:

1) We guarantee to provide you the part that you order.
2) We guarantee it works properly when installed.
3) We guarantee to replace it or refund your money at our discretion if it is incorrect or does not function.
We CANNOT guarantee that any part you purchase from us will “fix” any problem you have with your car. Only a trained professional WITH THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM can accurately diagnose the causes of any particular problem. We do not lend parts for testing.

New Parts

Any new and previously uninstalled parts purchased from C & S Corvettes are backed by our satisfaction guarantee for 30 days after the initial purchase. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty policy takes precedence and C & S Corvettes will adhere to the actions and limits proscribed therein.

Return Policy

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Paypal.

Core Charges

Cores must be received within 30 days to receive a core charge refund.  Core charges will be refunded upon receipt of rebuild-able cores to C&S. C&S reserves the right to determine if a core is rebuild-able. Customer is responsible for the freight on cores to C&S.

Drop Ships

C&S will be happy to drop ship your order for you. C&S will put your return address on the UPS/Fed Ex label and the customer will think it is coming straight from your office. There are only a couple requirements for C&S to do your drop ships. You must have a valid credit card on file that will be charged at the time of shipment. Even if we have done them for you in the past without a credit card we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this is the way all future drop ships will be handled.

All drop ship orders must be faxed in with customers complete address and product information that is to be drop shipped. This is so we can help eliminate the possibility of screw ups, wrong addresses, zip codes, etc. Any charges to C&S by shipping companies for incorrect address information will be charged back to the customer placing the drop ship order. There will be NO exceptions to this new policy. Call for further details.

Shipping and Freight Charges

Orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS unless otherwise specified. If you would like us to use your UPS or FedEx account number for freight please fax in a letter requesting this with all of your company information and shipper number. Large shipments will be handled by trucking companies. If you have a certain trucking company that you would like us to use please let us know. Freight will no longer be paid by C&S on any of its products. Call your sales rep for full details. C&S will only pay freight on outbound warranties after inspection determining that it is a C&S Corvettes warranty. C&S will then pay ground shipping only and will not be responsible for next day air, second day air, or 3 day air charges. Customer will be responsible for all air charges. C&S reserves the right to determine if a product is defective or is a warranty. Shipping terms are subject to change without notice.

C&S WILL NOT PAY INBOUND FREIGHT ON ANY WARRANTIES!

International Customers

International is any location that’s not located in the lower 48 states of USA. International customers may place an order by fax 24 hrs a day, call us by telephone from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time (EST) Monday – Friday, or send us a quote request by using the International form on our website at http://corvettepartscenter.com/contact-us/international-quote-request/, to better calculate your total cost. We will ship orders by any shipping company that you desire. International customers pay all freight charges, customs, duties, taxes and any other fees charged on overseas shipments. C&S is not responsible for any freight charges and we will ship by any carrier you request.

Orders for Shows C&S Attends

C&S attends many major corvette shows and you can arrange to have orders brought to the shows for your convenience. If you have any cores you would like to give to C&S at the shows we will be happy to pick up your cores even if you do not place an order. Please call in advance to see if C&S will be attending. If you forget to call in an order we’ll probably have what you need on the truck as we carry extra stock just for that. Remember C&S does not pay freight on any of its products so picking up orders at the show and bringing cores will save you money.

If you wish to contact us you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, address, and telephone number). Whenever you provide personal information, we undertake to treat that information in accordance with this policy.

Submitting Personal Information

When you supply personal information to C&S we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that information. In addition we have to collect the information fairly.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

We use personal information to deal with inquiries, consultations and for providing services literature.

We may disclose personal data to our consultants, agents and representatives to do these things on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information to any third parties. We do not share personal information with any third parties other than those mentioned above unless they agree to protect the privacy of personal information in the same manner we do or we are required by law to disclose the information.

We will only hold personal data on our systems for a strictly limited period of time. For the most part the time period will be set as a matter of internal policy and will be the minimum necessary for our use.

Access to your Personal Information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information C&S holds about you and to have any inaccuracies in that personal information corrected. Please address requests using the contact request form or call us by telephone.

Direct Marketing

From time to time we may wish to provide you with details of other services or literature about services available from C&S partners which may be of interest to you

If you are under 18 years of age, please make sure that you obtain your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to C&S on its website or by other means.

We share the general concern over the safety and security of personal information on the Internet and have implemented procedures to promote the safety and security of information we collect online. We have implemented industry standard controls to try to ensure confidentiality; however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
